Pool Opening and Volunteers Needed

The pool will be opening this Saturday, May 14th! Please remember the pool rules when you go.

There is also a need for volunteers to help get the pool ready this Friday, May 13th at 1PM. More volunteers means we can all go home quickly. We will be setting up umbrellas and stands at the pool, putting together benches for the playground area, putting out granules for ants, spraying for wasps, pressure-washing the pool area, and cleaning up the chairs, bathroom, office, and pool room.

We also need volunteers for weekly pool duties including cleaning and tiding up the bathrooms and areas around the pool. If you are interested, please comment on this Facebook post or contact the board.

Hope to see everyone at the pool on Saturday!

Pool Closing

The pool at Magnolia Park will be closing on September 30, 2015 at 9:00 pm. This will be the last day of use for 2015.

The play ground is closed for maintenance until further notice. There are some issues with safety and we are working on this.

Neighborhood Lighting

Alabama Power has replaced the dusk-til-dawn lights we tagged. If you notice any of those lights needing replacement, let the HOA know and use category “Street Lighting”.

Please use the website’s Contact the Board and Complaints pages for submitting anything to the HOA. While we will still answer questions and comments on our Facebook page, we will be transitioning to using only the website for communicating with the Board.

Exiting the Pool

There have been reports of a problem exiting the pool. ADT is working to fix this, but you will need to reach through and swipe like your coming in to get out the gate. An update will be posted once this is resolved.

Please make sure your fobs are working! If it is not working, let us know as soon as possible as there will be a 2-3 day wait on getting one made or activated. However, if your dues have not been paid, then your fob has been deactivated until you are current.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Board.

Pool Party Cancelled

The Pool Party scheduled for this Saturday, April 18th has been cancelled due to the high probability of rain. We will reschedule the party for a date later in the season.

The pool will open on Monday, April 20th. Please remember to go over the Pool Rules with your family.

We need volunteers to help with pool duties including cleaning and tiding up the bathrooms and areas around the pool. Fill out the form below if you are interested in participating.

Pool Setup Volunteers Needed

We will be having a volunteer work day to get the pool and playground cleaned and setup for the season.

Place: Playground
Date/Time: Today (April 14) at 4:30PM

The more people who can volunteer the quicker we can go home. So, please do your part as a member of the neighborhood.

We will be setting up umbrellas and stands at the pool, putting together benches for the playground area, putting out granules for ants, spraying for wasps, pressure-washing the pool area, and cleaning up the chairs, bathroom, office, and pool room.

If you have a pressure washer, please bring it! We already have one coming, but the more the merrier!

If you have questions, contact Sharon Patterson at 205-394-8549.

Pool Opening and Party

Update: Pool party canceled due to rain.

The pool will be opening on Saturday, April 18th with a party from 11:00AM until 2:00PM. The HOA will provide lunch of grilled hotdogs, chips, cookies, and drinks.

You must be current on your HOA dues to access the pool and playground. If you haven’t paid your dues yet, the board will be accepting those at the party. Otherwise, delinquent accounts will have their fobs deactivated.

We recommend you check your fobs for the pool and playground that day to ensure they’re working. Let a board member know if they aren’t and the issue will be looked into.

Please bring your family, meet your neighbors, have lunch, and swim! We look forward to seeing each of you!
